Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and Exchanges:

All items are made-to-order, so we do NOT accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (including ordering the wrong size, color, or style). Please review sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.


Damages and Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ve got your back.
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Attach clear, unedited photos of the item and packaging
  • Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, free of charge.

 

Lost Packages

Didn’t receive your package? If it’s been 30+ days past the estimated delivery date, contact us. Once confirmed with our shipping partner, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed:
  • You are responsible for the reshipping fee
  • We will hold the item for 30 days while we wait for a corrected address

Fraud Prevention & Claim Validation

To protect our community and prevent return abuse:

  • All claims require photo evidence
  • We track suspicious activity and flag repeat claims
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that are unsupported, manipulated, or fraudulent
  • In some cases, we may request the return of the item before issuing a refund

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and problem
  • All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
